Richard J. Lovett
Rick Lovett is the managing partner of Allium Partners, an executive search firm serving the real estate and financial services sectors. His previous experience includes a variety of executive positions in the residential finance industry including PNC Mortgage and Prudential Life Insurance Company. He is also on the executive committee for Wintrust Mortgage.
A past trustee for the Village of Lake Barrington, Rick currently serves as chair of the Village Ethics Commission. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from St. John’s University, his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, and he completed the executive program at Cornell University as a Bush Fellow.
